The Fragmented Dream (comic script)

When Eve attempts suicide and falls into a coma, her soul is thrown into a dark realm. She accepts this as her punishment... until the two people Eve never wanted to see again appear in her prison, and decide to try to save her. But does Eve want to be saved? And will solving the mystery behind this dark world really give her a reason to live?

The complete script for a comic I never finished drawing. Written in 2016-2018, here presented in a state largely unaltered from when I stopped editing/fixing it around 2021.  It is outdated in several ways, some of them cringe; there are missing bits of info, dropped plot threads, comments left in, etc.

The supplementary "loose ends" file was written mostly in 2018-2022, it contains various story notes and should be read after the main script if you care about spoilers.

I am no longer planning to make this project real in this form, so for closure's sake, I decided this script should see the light of day.

Be aware that the story deals with heavy themes, including but not limited to suicide, mental illness, and abuse.
